Business centre logo for Waitakere Central
WAITAKERE CENTRAL IS A NEW ENVIRONMENTALLY SUSTAINABLE CIVIC CENTRE CONNECTED BY A LINK BRIDGE TO HENDERSON’S PUBLIC TRANSPORT INTERCHANGE INCORPORATING THE WESTERN RAILWAY LINE AND A BUS INTERCHANGE.
Waitakere Central required a brand identity for its business centre, housing council, a new three storey library, offices and businesses right in the hub of Waitakere. The business centre logo needed to be strong yet graphically light weight to reflect its diversity.
The resulting logo design was a graphical representation of its location, flagging the central point where the development is located, close to rail, bus and main highways.
